How We Structure Projects
The narrative does not begin with a promise of production or capital. It begins with how Rehobot converts an opportunity into a governable structure.
The Five-Stage Cycle
- 1
Originate
Identify opportunities with sound commercial and technical fundamentals.
- 2
Structure
Define project rights, establish the ProjectCo, set governance, and align operator, capital and offtake roles.
- 3
Validate
Advance the opportunity through technical, regulatory, financial and compliance milestones.
- 4
Mobilize
Deploy capital in stages and in line with verifiable results.
- 5
Govern
Maintain controls, reporting, audit and institutional discipline for the life of the project.
Capital by Milestone
Capital is not committed ahead of validation. Each stage of deployment is tied to a defined, verifiable milestone across technical, legal, commercial and compliance workstreams. This page describes Rehobot's policy and approach; it does not represent a specific capital commitment, program size or timeline for any opportunity.
Risk Segregation
Each ProjectCo is a distinct entity. The obligations, capital and liabilities of one project are not commingled with another. Relationships among operator, capital provider, offtaker and advisors are governed by definitive agreements specific to each ProjectCo.
